Bright in color and full on flavor, Cafe Delites‘ slow-cooked Asian glazed chicken fillets are an easy, no-fail dinner option for when you don’t have time to cook.

With six tablespoons of brown sugar, we can’t guarantee this is the healthiest recipe you could make — but it may be one of the tastiest.

The glaze is made with reduced sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, the brown sugar and garlic cloves. A cornflour and water mixture is used to thicken the glaze. After about 6-8 hours in the slow cooker, this dish is ready to be served with some rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
