5 TCA Professional Drivers of the Year winners each receive $20,000

During the closing banquet of the Truckload Carriers Association's (TCA) Annual Convention in Phoenix, Arizona earlier this week, the five winners of the 2025 TCA Professional Drivers of the Year awards were announced.

Those drivers are:

  • Perry Carter, Cargo Transporters
  • Scott Lindsey, Cheema Freightlines
  • Toby Wallis, Freymiller
  • Walter Jackson, Landstar
  • Gerald Rhoden, Stevens Transport

 Chosen from a competitive group of nominees, these drivers were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the trucking industry, their unwavering commitment to safety, and their exceptional leadership both on and off the road. Each driver received $20,000.
