A major dry van truckload carrier has announced a pay increase for its drivers northeastern U.S.
Barr-Nunn— located in Granger, Iowa — announced the following pay hikes:
Non-Hazmat:
- 1 to 4 years starting: 48 cents per mile
- 5 years or more starting: 50 cents per mile
- Cap: 56 cents per mile
Hazmat:
- 1 to 4 years starting: 51 cents per miles
- 5 years or more starting: 53 cents per mile
- Cap: 59 cents per mile
Barr-Nunn operates in the 48 contiguous states with an emphasis on the East. It also has regional short-haul operations centered in Des Moines, Iowa; Chicago, Illinois; Columbus, Ohio; Allentown, Pennsylvania; and Atlanta, Georgia
