U.S. Xpress to honor top drivers

U.S. Xpress, Inc., will honor 10 drivers during a virtual ceremony Thursday, June 4 at 6 p.m. EDT.

Drivers to be honored for their dedication and leadership include:

  • Steve Allen, Riverdale, Georgia
  • Willis Carswell, Reidsville, Georgia
  • Jimmy Lewis, Waxahachie, Texas
  • Karen and Richard Black, Orange Park, Florida
  • Scott Hatchett, Hampton, Virginia
  • Richard McFarland, Jr. , Huber Heights, Ohio
  • Paul Baskin, LaPlace, Louisiana
  • Larry Wright, Hinesville, Georgia
  • Larry Ransom, Hinesville, Georgia

“We are extremely proud to once again recognize an incredible lineup of drivers for their outstanding achievements,” said U.S. Xpress President and CEO Eric Fuller. “It is an honor to have these drivers and trainers on our team and we are grateful for their unwavering dedication to both U.S. Xpress and the customers we serve.”

Each year, U.S. Xpress hosts a two-day awards event for drivers and their families. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event is being held online this year. Company executives and special guests will remotely extend their congratulations to each honoree.
