Driver Poll: How much PTO do you expect to gain in your first year?

Last week we asked, "How important is an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) when deciding whether to apply for a job?"

• 36.96% said, "It doesn't matter -- ESOP doesn't influence my decision."
• 26.09% said, "It's a nice bonus -- I see it as a benefit, but it's not critical."
• 22.83% said, "It's important -- I strongly consider it, but its not the only factor."
• 7.61% said,  "It's a top priority -- ESOP is a major factor in my decision."
• 6.51% said, "I'm unfamiliar with ESOP -- I don't know much about it."
