If you’re headed to Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and/or southern California starting this weekend, be aware it’s going to get plenty hot.
The National Weather Service’s Eastern Region headquarters just posted this heads up to its Facebook page:
“A dangerous major heat wave is expected to develop across the southwestern U.S. this weekend into early next week. If you will be traveling to this part of the country please be prepared for extreme heat conditions with temperatures in parts of the Southwest expected to exceed 110 degrees.”
