Blood pressure monitors are often bulky, confusing and difficult to use.

Now you can skip the complicated setup with the Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor by Withings. This monitor works with a phone app to log your systolic and diastolic blood pressures, and your heart rate.

To get a reading, you wrap the wireless monitor cuff on your arm and then open the corresponding app, called Health Mate. The app logs your readings and breaks them down into graphs.

The monitor is compatible with iOsS and Android devices using Bluetooth. The monitor is FDA-approved in the USA and is also medically approved in Canada.

The wireless monitor retails online for $129.95.
