The American Diabetes Association has launched a new digital recipe hub featuring hundreds of diabetes-friendly meals, including a collection of recipes approved by ADA’s nutrition experts.
The Diabetes Food Hub has hundreds of recipes for every meal of the day, nutrition guidance, meal prep ideas, and tips for eating healthy. The site allows users to save their favorite recipes and organize recipes based on whether they liked or disliked them. A built-in meal planning feature lets user drag and drop recipes into a weekly list, which then automatically calculates nutrition information and builds an editable shopping list.
Recipes can be searched by cuisine types such as comfort food, Southwest, low-carb, low-sodium, budget-friendly, and more. It is free to create a profile.
