U.S. Capitol

Summer vacation is over for both houses of Congress, and now it’s back to work on several trucking industry regulatory changes. On Washington’s “to do” list are:

  • Highway funding bill
  • CSA score removal
  • Hours-of-service ‘restart rollback’ continuation
  • Under-21 interstate truckers
  • Size and weight changes
  • CSA score disclaimers
  • Insurance increase
  • Confirming T.F. Scott Darling as head of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
