The second day of the Mid-America Trucking Show features several seminars, plus the MATS concert Friday evening.

Two driver health seminars are booked on the schedule, plus a seminar on electronic logging devices (ELDs) and coercion at 11:15 a.m. in Booth #14125. Two representatives from the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration will be presenting: Danielle Smith will speak on ELDs while LaTonya Mimms will speak on coercion.

A panel at 2:30 p.m. in Booth 18252 will continue the discussion on ELDs. Presented by VDO Roadlog, the discussion will give attendees the opportunity to interact with trucking industry experts and ask questions about ELDs and the mandate.

MATS will offer a free concert Friday evening at 5:45 p.m. in the Freedom Hall. Country artist Craig Morgan is headlining the event. He’ll sing songs from across his 15 years in the country music industry.
