TA adds Popeyes at New Mexico location

TravelCenters of America has opened a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at its location at I-40/Rt. 54/Rt. 84, Exit 277 in Santa Rosa, New Mexico.

The Santa Rosa Popeyes is the 66^th Popeyes restaurant operated by the TA Restaurant Group, and its first in New Mexico.

The restaurant dining room has seating for 76 people and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The TA Restaurant Group operates 785 restaurants and other food service outlets across the U.S.

The Popeyes brand was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1972 and features a “New Orleans” style menu that features spicy chicken, chicken tenders, fried shrimp and other seafood, as well as jambalaya, red beans and rice and other regional items.
