Monday, truckers around the country took time out from driving or being at home to try to raise awareness of the impending mandate requiring electronic logging devices in most trucks. That mandate, which is objected to by many drivers, takes effect Dec. 18.
The national ELD Media Blitz was organized by the ELD Or Me group, which said rallies were being staged in 40 locations around the U.S.
