The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance has made its North American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria Handbook and Pictorial is now available as a downloadable app.

The app makes available all of the same information that’s currently in the 233-page print version of the handbook, along with other resources such as inspection bulletins, pictorials, the learning management system for online training, inspection procedures, operational policies, inspection and educational videos, brochures, and webinars.
