UPDATE, 4 p.m. CT: According to an update from Florida 511 around 4 p.m. CT, the I-10 closures are now limited to the eastbound lanes from mile marker 85 to mile marker 160.
ORIGINAL STORY: Parts of I-10 in Florida are closed as of 10 a.m. Central Time Thursday morning following Hurricane Michael.
All eastbound lanes of I-10 are closed from mile marker 85 to mile marker 160. All westbound lanes of I-10 are closed from the Apalachicola River at mile marker 160 to mile marker 120. Motorists are encouraged to find an alternate route.
