The driver of a tractor-trailer blames a brake fire for the blaze this morning that destroyed his truck and its cargo of 40,000 pounds of frozen chickens. The fire occurred at about 3:45 a.m. on Interstate 285 in Cobb County, Georgia north of Atlanta. The truck was traveling from Georgia to California.
