Shortly after midnight this morning, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation issued weather-related restrictions for commercial vehicles on several interstates. 45 mph speed restriction and right lane only restrictions for commercial vehicles are in force for:
- I-81 North of I-80 to the New York border
- I-380 entire length
- I-84 entire length
