FMCSA
One of two electronic logging devices removed from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's list of registered devices has been restored to that list.
The agency placed the KSK Group Inc.'s KSK ELD back on the list of devices companies and drivers can use to track hours of service. It had been removed from the list earlier this month.
The FMCSA removed the KSK ELD and the FALCON ELD from the list of registered ELDs Sept. 14.
The agency placed the two ELDs on the Revoked Devices list due to the providers’ failure to meet the minimum requirements established in 49 CFR part 395, subpart B, appendix A.
