A truck driver was shot and killed Tuesday morning, April 23, in an apparent road rage incident.

The shooting occurred on Interstate 20 near U.S. Highway 80 in Caddo Parish, which is located in the northwest corner of Louisiana and on the state line with Texas.

A statement from the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office said the driver of an Acura SUV and the driver of a tractor-trailer had some sort of verbal exchange, and pulled over on the Exit 3 on ramp in Greenwood. Officials said they were getting dash cam video from two other truckers who witnessed the event.
