The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will temporarily close multiple lanes and ramps at the southbound Interstate 95/Interstate 695 interchange in southwestern Baltimore County on Wednesday, Oct. 2. All lanes and ramps will reopen by 5 a.m. Thursday, weather permitting.
The traffic shift is part of the State Highway Administration’s 10- bridge rehabilitation project at the I-95/I-695 interchange.
Drivers can expect the following lane and ramp closures on southbound I-95 starting at 7 p.m. Wednesday:
- Single-lane closure beginning at 7 p.m.
- Double-lane closure beginning at 9 p.m.
- Triple-lane closure beginning at 12 midnight
- Inner loop and outer loop I-695 ramps to southbound I-95
