Detroit-based Load One, LLC, a provider of expedited transportation and logistics services, has announced its acquisition of Tri-State Expedited Service, Inc.
Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Millbury, Ohio, Tri-State provides expedited ground transportation and logistics services across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. In a statement, Load One said the strategic combination significantly expands the joint North American network of owner-operators, carrier partners, and company drivers, reinforcing Load One’s commitment to delivering exceptional service for time-critical, time-sensitive, and high-value freight needs.

Tri-State operates some 124 power units, according to the Federal Motor Carrier Administration's SAFER website.
