The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc., recently announced it has acquired Evergreen Transport, LLC. Evergreen is a transportation company specializing in the delivery of dry bulk materials throughout the Southeastern U.S.
Based in Mobile, Alabama, Evergreen delivers products such as lime and cement into a variety of end markets.

As part of the transaction, KAG will welcome approximately 100 professional drivers and 45 operational members to their team and grow their fleet and facilities by acquiring 158 tractors, 338 trailers, and four terminal and satellite locations throughout Alabama.
