Another Walcott Truckers Jamboree is in the books, and despite a weather-related interruption one day, more than 46,000 people showed up at the Iowa 80 truck stop to witness it.
For many, the big attraction of the three-day gathering in eastern Iowa was the collection of working and custom trucks that were on display in the annual Super Trucks Beauty Contest.
The contests's Best Overall Theme award was won by Dylan Mercier of St. Anne, IL with a 2005 Mack and a 2022 Wilson hopper bottom trailer “Our Fallen Heroes”.
The Trucker's Choice trophy was taken home by Jerry Linander of Winona, MN with a black 1994 Kenworth W900L & 2025 Great Dane dry van “No Fences”.
