The Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association is celebrating National Truck Driver Appreciation Week with six events for professional drivers.
The events include:
- Monday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sheetz in Bloomsburg
- Tuesday noon to 3 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Turnpike rest area in Allentown
- Wednesday noon to 3 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Turnpike rest area in South Somerset
- Thursday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sheetz in Barkeyville
- Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Welcome Center on Interstate 83 in Shrewsbury
- Friday noon to 3 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Turnpike rest area in Sideling Hill

TXTA shows appreciation in Terrell
TheTexas Trucking Association will host a special event for National Truck Driver Appreciation Week.
The event is in partnership with the DFW Council of Safety Professionals on Wednesday, at the Travel Centers of America in Terrell, Texas.
The associations urge truckers to stop by between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for some goodies from our sponsors Everything Tie Down, Mondics Insurance Group and Great West Casualty Company.
