Ace Doran acquires NHH Services; expands its presence in the Midwest

Ace Doran, LLC, part of the Bennett Family of Companies, announced Tuesday the acquisition of Tipton, Indiana specialty hauler NHH Services

Terms of the deal were not made public.

NHH's former employees, contractors, drivers and agents of will join Ace Doran as a new division, adding a fleet of 50 trucks and an experienced team of drivers and office personnel. 

The acquisition strengthens Ace Doran's footprint in the Midwest while expanding its capacity to support customers with complex transportation needs, according to a statement from the Cincinnati-based company.

Founded in 2012, NHH Services provides specialized transportation and project management services throughout the United States and Canada, with expertise in heavy haul, flatbed, general freight, and complex cargo movements. 

NHH has 57 drivers, according the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's SAFER website.

The addition of the new NHH Services division aligns with Ace Doran's long-term growth strategy of expanding capacity while welcoming organizations that share its values of safety, service, and operational excellence, according to the company.
