Love’s Travel Stops is expanding its footprint in Illinois, with the opening of a new travel stop in Rock Falls located near Interstate 88 and State Route 40.

The new travel stop has 85 truck parking spaces and provides free parking for Love’s customers. So far in 2026, Love’s said it has added 1,076 truck parking spaces across the country.

Located between the Love’s in Rochelle, Illinois, location and the Iowa state border, the new location in Rock Falls provides a much-needed stop for professional drivers navigating Interstate 88 and State Route 40 in northern Illinois. Love's said this expansion supports the regional and national supply chain by adding essential truck parking and fueling capacity along a heavy freight corridor.

The new Rock Falls Love's has:

  • Love’s fresh food
  • Godfather’s Pizza (opening July 27)
  • Naf-Naf Grill (opening July 27)
  • Seven diesel bays
  • Four showers
  • Laundry facilities
  • CAT Scale
  • Dog park
  • Self-checkout options

In honor of the grand opening in Rock Falls, Love’s will donate $5,000 to the Sauk Valley Foodbank and $5,000 to Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

In addition, Love's has updated two other existing stores.

Under Love’s Road Ahead Plan, the company recently remodeled its stores in Southeast Oklahoma City, and four locations on the Kansas Turnpike including locations in Belle Plaine, El Dorado (Towanda), Cassoday (Matfield Green), and Topeka.

In honor of the remodels, Love’s donated a total of $25,000 to the local Children Miracle Network hospitals that serve each community including $5,000 to Oklahoma Children’s Health Foundation; $5,000 to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kansas; and $15,000 to Ascension Via Christi in Wichita, Kansas.
