Wonder Woman
Book Bub, a favorite blog for readers, had a great post recently, one that might make sense to woman truck drivers who, more often than not, are pretty heroic. They wrote:
“You know the deal. The man of the hour rushes in to save us from all manner of trouble, toil, and terror whether it be zombies, earthquakes, or jungle bats and it’s all great fun. But the truth most likely is that most of us have had a beautiful, headstrong, intelligent woman come to our rescue at some point — more than once.
“It’s high time we celebrated those strong women characters with stories where women crack the case, foil the bad guy, fly the dark seas, stalk into jungles, discover the cure, and even face death to defend our freedom.”
