An Oklahoma truck driver who shared his brief but inspirational battle with cancer died early today, June 8.

Delvin Simmons Jr., who was a tucker his entire life, was diagnosed the second week of May with stage four colon cancer. Doctors found his cancer during his first ever colonoscopy.

KOTV of Tulsa reported Simmons wanted to drive his truck one last time, and his son caught the trip on camera as well a favorite song he sang as he drove.

The poster of this YouTube video wrote, “During the ride, my brother recorded Dad singing his favorite song, one that he sang countless times in our little church in Vinita, OK. Dad always has said, ‘the Holy Spirit just moves so much in this song he can’t contain himself.'”
