Pretrip? Pretrip? Anyone?
One must suspect the driver of this truck stopped by the cops in Delta, British Columbia, Canada was not familiar with the concept of checking the condition of their truck and trailer before hitting the road. The police posted to Facebook that this trailer had two flat tires and five more that were defective. And, it was overweight.
