One of the biggest shows for working trucks will be held on the internet this year.
A statement from Shell Rotella today said:
“Due to uncertainty in a rapidly changing environment as a result of COVID-19, Shell Rotella SuperRigs will take on a new form this year. Shell Rotella will hold the 38th Annual Shell Rotella SuperRigs as a digital event. Details will be announced soon, including plans to produce the 2021 Shell Rotella SuperRigs calendar.
“This was a difficult decision to make, but protecting the health and safety of truckers and our community is our highest priority.
“Shell Rotella always appreciates hard-working truckers and the essential work they do every day, especially now during this critical time to transport essential goods across North America.”
The 38th Annual Shell Rotella SuperRigs truck show was to be held at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth June 4-6 as part of the race-filled IndyCar Series and NASCAR Truck Series weekend.
