Traffic on I-74 near Champaign, Illinois was stalled Tuesday morning as law enforcement officers and others cleaned up thousands of dollars of cash that covered the highway following a two-vehicle crash. The money, according to officials, was from video gambling machines. There were no serious injuries reported.
