Several cows were killed and others escaped when a freight train struck a tractor-trailer in Elgin, Oklahoma last week. KOCO TV reports the truck’s driver and personnel on the train were uninjured in the crash Friday afternoon, Feb. 2. A witness in the video below describes what happened.
