The Minnesota State Patrol may be the masters of understatement when they said of this dashcam video, “Well, that’s something you don’t see every day.” It seems a large — no, make that huge — piece of heavy duty plastic flew out of a dump truck and covered an SUV on Highway 53 in Inver Grove Heights south of the Twin Cities last week. Cops says the SUV driver saw the plastic, knew he was going to be enveloped so slowed down and stopped.
