The winter storm that hammered the East Coast late Thursday through Friday packed some high winds. This trucker on the Mario Cuomo Bridge (the former Tappan Zee Bridge) in New York had a few tense moments that were caught on video. Three tractor-trailers were blown over on the bridge Friday.
