A New Mexico teenager accused of shooting out the driver’s side window of a moving tractor-trailer on I-40 in January has been arrested. Koby Garcia, 18, was arrested Tuesday by Albuquerque Police, and faces charges of, among other things, aggravated battery and evidence tampering for using a pellet gun to shoot out the window of the truck being driven by Jeff Gutierrez of California. The shooting was captured on video and posted to the internet. KRQE had this report.
