Trucks parked illegally in one Las Vegas neighborhood have some residents complaining. It seems that trucks and trailers are parking — and some are being left for extended periods of time — in areas of Tropicana and Decauter streets clearly designated as “no parking.” KTNV-TV looked into what is being called a “pop up” truck stop.
