On Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 27, Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper David Hamilton was driving about a mile south of the junction of State Highway 59A and State Highway 3W north of Ada, Oklahoma when he had a close encounter with a tractor-trailer making an illegal pass. Hamilton said that when the truck’s driver was stopped he was apologetic and polite. The driver was cited for left of center in a marked zone.
