Illinois State Police are getting more aggressive and using more tactics to enforce moving violations as the new year begins. This report by WCIA-TV in Champaign, Illinois says troopers will be using “covert vehicles” as they focus on improper use of the left lane, following too close, speeding, distracted driving, seatbelt use, and driving while intoxicated.
