It pays to pay attention. However, that seems lost on this driver of a cement mixer as they spewed part of their load on vehicles and a street in San Antonio, Texas Wednesday, Nov. 13. A woman whose car was splattered with concrete got, of course, smartphone video of the mishap as it happened.
