Omega Morgan honored for massive move of two cold box modules

Transporting two cold boxes, two heat exchangers, and a warm pipe skid from the Port of Longview, Washington, to Hillsboro, Oregon was no simple task. Omega Morgan’s execution included multiple highway closures, bridge jumps, a demanding engineering solution, and 5,384 hours of work. This project received the 2021 Hauling Job of the Year Award in the 160,000-500,000 pounds net category from the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association. The two cold box modules were 144' x 17' x 15', and weighed 457,600 pounds.
