There was a new kind of sideshow in Oakland Friday night, Feb. 24.. A video shared by KTVU-TV shows an unidentified tractor-trailer driving around in circles as a crowd cheers and climbs onto the trailer. This was just one of several sideshows that reportedly happened overnight in Oakland, where this sort of illegal and unsanctioned display originated in the 1980s.
