Firefighters rescue driver from truck dangling off Florida highway

Firefighters in Florida used a ladder truck to rescue the driver from a truck that was dangling precariously off a Florida highway overpass.

Members of the Palm Beach Rescue save the driver when he reportedly lost control of his tractr-trailer Dec. 23 and crashed through the goardrail of an overpass in Palm Beach Gardens., which is located about 12 miles north of Palm Beach on Florida's East coast. Heavy rain was reported at the time.

The unidentified driver was taken to a nearby medical center, where he was treated and released.

The crash and rescue occurred at about 8 a.m.in the northbound lanes of the Beeline Highway.
