Howes, the Rhode Island-based maker of numerous engine additives and lubricants, continues to celebrtate its 100th anniversary with the “From Our Family to Yours” Sweepstakes.
Open to drivers across the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec), the sweepstakes consist of two phases, the first going on now and running through the end of September, and the second running from Oct. 1 through Dec. 31. The company says the sweepstakes is simple to enter and offers the chance to win hundreds of prizes, including grand prizes based around both quality time with family, and the needs of its customers in these unsettling times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We value all of the support we have garnered from our customers over the years, and know we never could have made it this far without them,” said Erika Howes, vice president of business development. “This is a chance for us to say ‘Thank You’ to them for all of their hard work and dedication each and every day. We want to show our deep gratitude for all of their continued efforts to keep our countries running, even during these difficult times.”
People can enter the sweepstakes every time they purchase any Howes product. To enter, you simply photograph the receipt with the product, and text it to 413-299-2020 in the U.S. or 705-410-2020 in Canada. You will receive a link that enables you to spin the Howes Prize Wheel to see if you are an instant winner. Grand Prize winners get the chance to open the Howes Prize Vault, where they can choose their prize. For the first phase of the sweepstakes, prizes include an ultimate backyard makeover, a full-size off-road UTV, a supreme truck makeover, or $5,000 in cash.
During its anniversary year, Howes has dedicated its efforts to recognizing, rewarding, and giving back to the people of the industry. Earlier this year, the company unveiled the Howes Hall of Fame, a digital platform created to recognize people and places who have had great impact on the trucking and farming industries. Three inductees were enshrined in the Hall thus far, with more to come in the future, according to the company.
