Daily health tip: Reduce, don’t eliminate

If your favorite foods are high in fat, salt or sugar, the key to eating healthy is moderating the amount of these foods you eat and how often you eat them. Telling yourself you are not going to eat something often leads to diet pitfalls. Instead, eat fatty, salty or sweet foods in moderation and add in more nutritional foods to supplement your diet.
