Def Leppard releases self-titled 11th studio album

Def Leppard’s Rick Savage performs on stage.

Def Leppard, known for their timeless hits such as “Pour Some Sugar on Me” and “Photograph,” returned to the studio to produce a self-titled album “Def Leppard” due out Oct. 30.

The album will be their 11th official studio release. It was produced by the band and producer Ronan McHugh.

“This is our first new album in seven years and it came together very organically,” band front man Joe Elliot said. “We didn’t sit down to create an album but started writing together and suddenly have 14 songs. Although we recorded it over a period of a year while we were out touring, it really came together in 9 or 10 weeks. It all had a very organic flow to it and we are excited for our fans to now hear it.”

Def Leppard’s self-titled album is scheduled for release on Oct. 30 and is available for preorder on iTunes and Amazon. The album track listing:

1. Let’s Go
