Tow truck funeral procession
Tow truck driver Fred Scroggs, 25, was struck and killed by a driver on Interstate 275 in October. Scroggs was helping a driver change a flat tire when he was struck. His fellow tow truck drivers held a memorial procession in his honor from the funeral home in Westland, Mich.
