Jake Harbeck appears on “Chopped”
Jake Harbeck, chef at the Iowa 80 Kitchen, the full-service restaurant inside the well known truck stop on I-80, is one of four chefs to compete on the Food Network’s show “Chopped:Truck Stop Stars.”
The episode will air tonight, March 1, on the Food Network at 10 p.m. Eastern.
The episode features four talented truck stop chefs who bring their own takes on comfort food to the “Chopped” kitchen.
Harbeck has been a chef at the Iowa 80 Kitchen for several years. His late mother also worked in the Iowa 80 Kitchen and is who inspired him to follow his passion for cooking.
