Jon Pardi is a California singer making his way into the country music scene, and his sophomore album, “California Sunrise,” is out this month. The album’s lead single, “Head Over Boots,” has already hit the country charts.
“I always want to have the traditional country soul while meeting the new standards of country music,” Pardi said in a news release. “As a songwriter, we’re looking for a good story and we’re always looking to push the limits. I love having those lyrics that at first make you think it’s about one thing, but it’s really about something so much more.”
The album is due out today, June 17. It is available from Amazon and iTunes.
