The creators at MOCACARE want to make it easier for individuals to manage their health, so they combined heart health technology with convenience and made the MOCAheart.

The MOCAheart fits in the palm of your hand but it is capable of measuring heart rate, blood oxygen and blood flow. After each measurement, it provides lifestyle tips for improving heart health.

The device works with a phone app to record trends in your health and lets you share your measurements with your physician via an in-app messaging system. It is compatible with iOS 8.0 or higher and Android 4.0.3 or higher.

The MOCAheart is sold via Amazon for $149.
