The arrival of the new car show by the former hosts of “Top Gear” is just a few weeks away. The debut of “The Grand Tour” on Amazon Prime is set for Nov. 18, and reportedly includes a “Mad Max” style opening scene involving 150 vehicles, 2,000 acrobats and six jet planes. A new episode of “The Grand Tour” will appear online every Friday for 12 weeks.
