He is always going above and beyond to helps others in need. He is always the first one to take another person’s shift of they need the time off, even if he’s sick or tired. He always looks out for others and stands up for what he believes in. Safety first he always says no matter what. He held a perfect safety record until a young adult on an ATV pulled out in front of him and he took the ditch to avoid hitting the kid, put a dent in the trailer and got a point on his record.
